By making your submission to PDX African American Film Festival, you hereby authorize the public display of the submitted work by the festival. All copyright to the submitted material belongs to either yourself or your production company. Any material used in the submission where the copyright is held by a third party has been properly licensed for its use in this production. You also understand and agree that the PDX African American Film Festival shall not be held liable for any copyright complaints made by third parties over the display or use of unlicensed material within the submission. |
